Makeshop, founded by our MESH Appalachian studio, is a creative placemaking project in the Elk City neighborhood of Charleston, West Virginia. We are design thinkers, starters, and makers. Our space is for starting small and thinking big — encouraging us to learn from and support one another. During the summer, our studio was open to the public and free for workshops, meetups, talks, pop-ups, whatever you can dream up. : )
